श्रीवेदव्यासवन्दना
कृष्णद्वैपायनं श्रेष्ठं वासिष्ठकुलभूषणम्।
वन्दे व्यासमुनिं देवं सर्वसिद्धिप्रदायकम्॥
kṛṣṇadvaipāyanaṃ śreṣṭhaṃ vāsiṣṭha-kula-bhūṣaṇam ।
vande vyāsamuniṃ devaṃ sarvasiddhi-pradāyakam ॥
I bow to the divine sage Vyāsa, the eminent Kṛṣṇa Dvaipāyana,
the ornament of the lineage of Vasiṣṭha and the bestower of
all accomplishments.

लोकोज्जीवनकर्तारं वेदवेदान्तभास्करम् ।
महादेवस्वरूपं तं नमाम्यादि-जगद्गुरुम् ॥
Lokojjīvanakartāraṁ vedavedāntabhāskaram.
Mahādevasvarūpaṁ taṁ namāmyādi-jagadgurum. ॥
I bow to the primordial Jagadguru—who revives and uplifts the world, who is the Sun that illumines the Vedas and Vedānta, and
who is of the very nature of Mahādeva (Śiva).

Today is the happy wedding anniversary of Radha and Krishna. They got married at Bhandiravana (Vrndavana) in the sacred presence of Lord Brahma, who officiated as the priest and performed the Vedic rites that solemnized their blissful union. Chapter XV of the Brahmavaivarta Purāṇa (Kṛṣṇa Janma Khaṇḍa) amazingly describes this auspicious celebration.
