THE WORLD'S FIRST SLOKA IN SANSKRIT

The World’s first sloka in Sanskrit was composed by Valmiki Muni. It appears in the world's first Kavya - Valmiki Ramayana १-२-१५ and is presented below:-
मा निषाद प्रतिष्ठां त्वमगमः शाश्वतीः समाः।
यत् क्रौञ्चमिथुनादेकमवधीः काममोहितम्॥
जय श्रीराम
जय जय श्रीराधे
