The following are the five types of śakti :-
(1) parāśakti --- śāntyātītaśakti
(2) ādiśakti --- śāntiśakti
(3) icchāśakti --- vidyāśakti
(4) jñanaśakti --- pratiṣṭhaśakti
(5) kriyāśakti --- nivṛittiśakti
